My Experience with the Sheer Cover Duo Concealer:
I have used a few different concealers in the past ranging from drugstore brands to department store brands. I have even used the ELF Eyelid Primer as a concealer when I’ve ran out because it brightens my under area so well without looking unnatural. When I do use concealer I do prefer the “double ended” kind because blending is an option to give your face that natural look.

Before trying the Sheer Cover Duo Concealer I was using the Physician’s Formula Concealer Twins in Yellow Light. I have been using the Concealer twins for about 2-3 years because I can find it under $10 and it works well for me. It’s easy to blend and lasts. I never really thought about changing because I am so comfortable with the price and the quality.

I recently tried the Sheer Cover Duo Concealer because it was included in the many wonderful items in the Spring Beauty VoxBox.

I received the shade “Medium/Tan” and the actual size of the concealer is 0.05 oz.

Swatches:
Bottom: Darker Shade
Middle: Lighter Shade
Top: Both Shades blended
As you can see both shades blended nicely when first playing around. I used a concealer brush when applying to my face, but I found using my ring finger was much easier . I like using my index finger because I read from a Burt’s Bee’s product that this finger is the softest finger and best for applying serums because of it’s softness.
I have used this concealer under tinted moisturizer, alone when wearing no tinted moisturizer and over eye shadow primer. I tried these ways because I really wanted to experiment with this concealer and discover the best possible way to maximize the length of wear time.
I found that I do not need to have the eye shadow primer underneath because it does not crack or fade when wearing alone. It is not oily, talc free, and scent free.
I was able to implement the Sheer Cover Duo Concealer into my beauty routine because it blends so well, brightening my under eye area giving it a flawless, natural look without making my eyes look too awake.
I like that this concealer has two shades for blending because it can be used any season of the year. I live in PA and experience all four seasons and that is another reason I prefer the double endeded/duo concealers over one shade.
All in all, I would recommend this concealer because there is no false advertisement here. It’s affordable and easy to use.
